In 2023, the Virginians for Paid Sick Days Coalition is supporting legislation that will expand paid sick day coverage to more categories of Virginia's workers. 1.2 million private sector workers, two-thirds of grocery store workers, and one in four healthcare workers do not have access to paid sick days.
