Sarah Milston, Founder and CEO, said "In a company like mine where doing business means interacting with other businesses, we all need to have this practice in place in order for it to really work. I don’t want my staff coming to work or engaging with clients when they are sick. I run a small office and it would have a bigger financial impact if one staff member came in sick and got the entire office sick. Or if a member of my team got a client sick, that would not be good for my brand.”
